What is universal ampitheater?

The Universal Amphitheater was a music and performance venue located in Universal City, California, United States. Opened in 1972, the amphitheater had a seating capacity of about 6,000 people and hosted a variety of concerts, award shows, and other live events.

Over the years, the Universal Amphitheater had been the site of numerous memorable performances from famous artists such as Led Zeppelin, Madonna, U2, and Nickelback, among others. The venue also served as the home of the Daytime Emmy Awards, the Teen Choice Awards, and many other high-profile events.

The Universal Amphitheater was demolished in 2013 to make way for the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood. Nevertheless, it remains an important landmark of American music history and a testament to the thriving entertainment industry in Southern California.
